What this feature does

Extraction Review is where you validate extracted fields before approval and export. You can check confidence score levels, correct values, and verify provenance for each field.

Before you start

  • A document is in Ready for Review status.
  • You have Analyst, Reviewer, or Admin access.
  • You know which fields are mandatory for export.

Steps

  1. Open a document and go to Extraction Review.
  2. Sort fields by confidence score to prioritize checks.
  3. Review Low confidence fields first, then Medium, then High.
  4. Select a field to see the source clause.
  5. Compare the extracted value to the highlighted source text.
  6. If needed, edit the field and save.
  7. Mark the field as verified.
  8. When all required fields are verified, select Approve Extraction.
  9. If extraction quality is not acceptable, select Reject Extraction and send for rerun.

Confidence score levels

  • High: Likely correct, quick verification recommended.
  • Medium: Review carefully before approval.
  • Low: Requires detailed check and likely correction.

Approve vs reject

  • Approve when required fields are verified and provenance is clear.
  • Reject when key fields are missing, inconsistent, or unsupported by source text.

What happens after approval

After approval, export is enabled so data can be sent to your configured loan system integration, including LoanIQ where configured.

Tips

  • Use field filters to work section by section.
  • Always check provenance for financial terms and dates.
  • Keep review notes clear if multiple reviewers are involved.

Troubleshooting

  • Wrong value appears repeatedly: Correct and save, then check if similar fields need alignment.
  • Source clause not obvious: Expand context view and re-check section headers.
  • Approve button disabled: Verify all mandatory fields and statuses.
