Extraction
What does confidence score mean?
Confidence score indicates how certain the system is about an extracted value. Use it to prioritize review.
Can I edit extracted fields?
Yes. Analysts and reviewers can edit values during Extraction Review.
What if a field is wrong?
Open the field, check source evidence, correct the value, save, and mark as verified.
Why are some fields marked for review?
Fields may be flagged due to low confidence score, ambiguous source language, or missing context.
Can I approve with missing optional fields?
Yes, if all required fields are verified according to your workflow policy.

How often are covenants checked?
Covenant checks run based on your configured monitoring schedule and available data updates.
What triggers an alert?
Alerts trigger when a covenant approaches or crosses a threshold, or when status needs urgent review.

Unknown means Smartflow does not have enough validated data to confirm compliance status yet.
What should I do on Warning status?
Open covenant details, confirm inputs, and plan follow-up before the next test date.
