What this feature does
Document Upload lets you add one or more loan documents so Smartflow can run extraction. You can track each file status from upload to review-ready in one queue.
Before you start
- You have Admin or Analyst access.
- Your document is in PDF, Word, or scanned image format.
- Your file is complete and readable.
Steps
- Go to Documents and select Upload Document.
- Drag and drop one file, or select Browse to choose files.
- To upload in batch, add multiple files before confirming.
- Select Start Upload.
- Watch each file status in the queue.
- Select any file to open details and progress.
What happens after upload
- Uploaded: File transfer completed.
- Processing: Smartflow is preparing extraction.
- Ready for Review: Extraction is complete and available in review.
- Error: Processing stopped and needs action.
Tips
- Use clear, complete files for better extraction results.
- Group similar documents in one batch to streamline review.
- Check status filters to focus on files needing action.
Troubleshooting
- Unsupported format: Convert the file to PDF or Word and upload again.
- Upload timeout: Retry on a stable connection or split a large batch.
- Processing stuck: Refresh queue status, then retry processing once.
- File too large: Compress the file or split by section.
