Concepts
Supported formats
Smartflow accepts PDF, Word, and scanned image documents.
Example: A scanned signed facility agreement can be uploaded and processed like a digital PDF.
Upload queue and status tracking
The queue tracks each document from upload to processing and review readiness.
Example: In batch upload, one file can be processing while another is already ready for review.
Batch upload workflow
Batch upload helps teams process multiple deals in a single action.
Example: An ops user uploads five agreements at once and monitors status from one screen.
Walkthrough

Open Documents and select Upload Document. Expected outcome: Upload panel opens with drag-and-drop zone.

Add one file and start upload. Expected outcome: File appears with status Uploaded.

Add multiple files for a batch and confirm upload. Expected outcome: Each file appears as a separate queue item.

Open queue filters and view status groups. Expected outcome: You can filter by processing state and priority.

Open a file detail card. Expected outcome: You can see upload time, status, and next action.

Send a ready file to extraction. Expected outcome: Status updates to Processing then Ready for Review.
Practice exercise
Scenario: You receive three agreements from different borrowers and need all ready for review.
Task: Upload the three files, monitor status, and identify which one is ready first.
Success criteria:
- All files uploaded without errors.
