- Field mapping does not match expected schema.
- Export payload too large or service latency spike.
Resolution
LoanIQ connection error
- Confirm integration endpoint and credentials are active.
- Retry export from the same approved document.
- If still failing, test with a known-good document.
Field mapping mismatch
- Identify the field reported in error.
- Correct value format or mapping rule.
- Re-run export and verify success response.
Export timeout
- Retry export once.
- Confirm platform and integration service health.
- If repeated, queue export for off-peak retry and escalate.
Escalation
Escalate when:
- Connection errors persist across multiple documents.
- Mapping mismatch impacts standard document types.
- Timeout repeats and affects multiple users.
Escalate to:
- L2 Support for configuration validation.
- Engineering for connector or integration defects.
Include:
- Workspace ID, document ID, export job ID.
- Integration target, error code, and payload summary.
- Mapping key and failing field details.
