Symptom

User reports one or more of the following:

  • LoanIQ connection error during export.
  • Field mapping mismatch.
  • Export timeout.

Diagnosis steps

  1. Confirm document status is Approved.
  2. Verify integration target and credential health.
  3. Check export error code and message details.
  4. Validate required field mappings for current document type.
  5. Confirm if failure is document-specific or global.

Root cause

  • LoanIQ connection or authentication issue.
  • Field mapping does not match expected schema.
  • Export payload too large or service latency spike.

Resolution

LoanIQ connection error

  1. Confirm integration endpoint and credentials are active.
  2. Retry export from the same approved document.
  3. If still failing, test with a known-good document.

Field mapping mismatch

  1. Identify the field reported in error.
  2. Correct value format or mapping rule.
  3. Re-run export and verify success response.

Export timeout

  1. Retry export once.
  2. Confirm platform and integration service health.
  3. If repeated, queue export for off-peak retry and escalate.

Escalation

Escalate when:

  • Connection errors persist across multiple documents.
  • Mapping mismatch impacts standard document types.
  • Timeout repeats and affects multiple users.

Escalate to:

  • L2 Support for configuration validation.
  • Engineering for connector or integration defects.

Include:

  • Workspace ID, document ID, export job ID.
  • Integration target, error code, and payload summary.
  • Mapping key and failing field details.
