Demo Environment Reset Instructions

Use this runbook to return the environment to a clean state between demos.

Reset Steps

1. Remove uploaded documents from the active session workspace.
2. Restore default pre-extracted result sets for acme, betabank, and gamma.
3. Reset covenant states to baseline (no acknowledged alerts, default trend values).
4. Clear Document Q&A history and session cache.
5. Clear activity feed entries from prior demo users.
6. Re-load synthetic documents required for the next script.
7. Confirm screenshot backup folder is accessible.

Verification Checklist

• No customer names or prior-session comments visible.
• Required synthetic files are present and selectable.
• Default covenant warning scenario is reproducible.
• Provenance panel opens correctly on sample fields.
