Co-Branding Guide — Smartflow Partner Materials

This guide explains how certified Smartflow partners may customise co-branded materials for prospect-facing use. Read before creating any co-branded document.

Logo Placement

All co-branded materials use a standard two-logo header:

┌─────────────────────────────────────────────────────────┐
│ [Smartflow logo — top left] [Partner logo — top right] │
└─────────────────────────────────────────────────────────┘
  • Smartflow logo: Top-left. Use only the approved Smartflow logo file provided in your partner kit. Do not resize, recolour, or modify.
  • Partner logo: Top-right. Use your organisation's standard logo. Maintain consistent proportional sizing with the Smartflow logo.
  • Minimum clear space: Equal to the height of the letter "S" in Smartflow on all sides of each logo.
  • Background: White or light neutral only. No dark backgrounds on the standard co-branded template.

Approval Process

All co-branded materials must be approved by the Smartflow marketing team before sending to prospects.

Process:

  1. Download the co-branded template: _TEMPLATE-co-branded-one-pager.md from the partner source package
  2. Fill in only the permitted customisation zones (marked with [PARTNER: ...] in the template).
  3. Export or render the file to PDF.
  4. Submit to marketing@marketnode.com with subject line: Co-brand review — [Your Firm] — [Prospect Name]
  5. Smartflow will review and return within 5 business days.
  6. Once approved, the document is cleared for use with that specific prospect.

Do not send co-branded materials to prospects before approval is confirmed in writing.

Customisation Zones in the Template

The co-branded template marks approved customisation zones clearly:

[PARTNER: Your firm name here]
[PARTNER: Your contact details here]
[PARTNER: 2-3 sentence introduction paragraph]
[PARTNER: Prospect bank name here]

Everything outside these zones is locked content. Do not edit text outside customisation zones.

Use Restrictions

  • Co-branded materials are approved for use with the specific named prospect only.
  • Do not repurpose an approved co-branded document for a different prospect without re-submitting for approval.
  • Do not post co-branded materials publicly (website, LinkedIn, social media) without explicit written permission from Marketnode.
  • Do not share co-branded materials with other partners or third parties.
