Quick Start for New Partners

  1. Read the onboarding guidepartner-onboarding-guide.md. This is your foundation. Do not skip it.
  2. Complete the certification programmecertification/training-curriculum.md. Certification unlocks deal registration and co-branded materials.
  3. Download the collateral library — Start with ../one-pagers/smartflow-overview.md, then use battlecards and ROI model assets.
  4. Register your first deal — Follow the process in deal-registration-process.md as soon as you have a qualified prospect.

Partner Programme Principles

  • You lead the relationship. Smartflow leads the technical conversation.
  • Register deals early. Protection is confirmed only after registration.
  • Use approved collateral. Do not create custom product descriptions or claim capabilities not in this library.
  • Defer on pricing. All pricing discussions go through the Smartflow commercial team.
  • Get certified. Certification is required before engaging in a full sales cycle.
